Cynthia Coleman started singing at the age of 6 in the church choir. Her first performance was singing at a talent show at her Elementary School at the age 10 and continued on through high school talent shows and community events.
She performed at several events at Morris Brown College at age 12-15. She started singing in night clubs as a young adult performing opening acts for major artist such as the Manhattans, Archie Bell and the Drells and James Brown.
In 1986 the lord spoke to Cynthia and told her he wanted her to work for him; she then went back to her gospel roots where she first started “ in the Gospel Industry.
Cynthia and a couple of her friends started an
all-girls gospel group “The Sisters In Christ Gospel Singers” they became recording artist during the years they were together, until 1996 they decided to go their separate ways. Cynthia is still a recording Artist and founder
of the group “Cynthia Coleman & the God’s Seeds of Joy Gospel Singers which was organized in 1997. She is still working for the lord feeding the hearts and souls of others, ministering to their needs through her music. Cynthia
has had the opportunity to appear as opening acts for major artist in the gospel industry, such as “The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Debra Snipes, Keith Wonder boy and Luther Barnes. Cynthia has also had the opportunity to appear in a
couple of tv shows as a vocalist “the renowned television series “In the Heat of the Night and a Soap opera “Misty. The Members of the God’s Seeds of Joy Gospel Singers have also had the opportunity to appear in opening acts
for well-known artist.Charlie Smith started singing in church as young boy, then started singing in a quartet group at the age 9 until he graduated from high school. After college in the early 90’s he returned to his gospel roots
performing with Leroy Upshaw and the New National Traveler
